Dr. Garrett Smith opened Smith Elite in 2016 right here in Liberty because he saw a gap: families in the Northland didn't have access to a truly pediatric and prenatal focused chiropractic practice. Since then, we've grown into the only dedicated family and pediatric chiropractic office in the area, serving hundreds of families from Liberty, Gladstone, Kearney, Smithville, and across the KC Northland.
Our team has expanded too. Dr. Jonathan Walburg joined the practice bringing his own passion for helping families thrive, and our support staff, Dawn, Cala, Brittany, and Harley, make sure every visit feels like coming home.
